Cub Haus Vacation Cabin in Chalet Village Gatlinburg, Tennessee

We are packing up and preparing for our drive home tomorrow.  What a wonderful stay!

My in-laws loved the Chalet.

We are thinking of purchasing a second home in Gatlinburg within the next 3-4 years. In the meantime, we discussed renting the chalet again next year.

We would love to meet you and your partner.  Maybe one weekend we can drive to Merritt Island to meet for lunch.

Thank you!  We had a great time and your chalet is absolutely beautiful and went above
our expectations!  What a view too, we watched sunrise/sunsets throughout the week
on the side deck.

The only thing I’ve noticed is one piece of trim at the footing of a column on your main level deck is
missing. I will send you a picture later. I’m still snuggled in bed!
My son turned 13 yesterday so we ate at Crockers for breakfast. We then went to “beyond the lens”
which my brother did electrical for, then to smoky mtn knife works. The kids had fun.
We took a 1 hour walk around the chalets which was exhausting. My 16 yr old was hoping to see a bear
but we haven’t yet. It rained most of the day.
Today we’re off to Dollywood!!!

Saw 1 mama bear with 3 fairly large cubs yesterday. 
And one bear and one coyote on the trail camera last night!

We arrived in time to make dinner. Thank you so much. The place looks amazing! 
We will use these tips and thank you. We stayed here the same week in2021. What a treat to stay again
& have our daughter join us. We loved the views,clear & comfy spaces, quick access to the park and
playing pool

Thank you for letting us sign you out of YouTube TV so we could sign in. We had a great Tennessee
basketball game recorded that we wanted to watch tonight. We’re hoping to be able to find tickets to
the Vandy game while we’re up here.

Yes!  The Cub Haus is beautiful as always!!

The smoke detector in one of the bedrooms upstairs battery was on the verge of dying
(continuously beeping).  I contacted Dwayne to see if he could replace it.  He came right away.  He's
been a pleasure to work with.  Such a GREAT guy.  We enjoyed speaking with him.
With that being said we are interested in booking again for Christmas!  Check in December 26th 2025
check out January 4, 2026.  Is it possible for you to keep the $500 security deposit we gave you?  Or for
accounting perhaps you can return the deposit and recharge.
 We are thinking of flying up next year.  Do you ever fly up?  If so, what airport do you fly into?
It's nice to drive but flying may be the answer for us in December.

PS  Our son was washing dishes one morning and yelled "mom there's bears on the street!"
Sure enough there was a mama bear and her two cubs walking up the neighbor’s driveway.  It was
awesome to see.
