Good morning, Robert, We had a great stay at your chalet. Everything was perfect. My mom kept saying over and over that she could live there. We saw plenty of bears and one even sat on the hood of the car. (no damage). I hope to stay in your chalet again sometime in the future. Thanks for thinking of everything to make our getaway great. Just thought I would touch base with you. We got back home late last night. We wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your chalet. It is a beautiful place and we certainly enjoyed the views. Our 1 yr old grandson wanted to be outside on the deck all the time. We saw many bears around your place but none were a pest actually we enjoyed watching them. We took many videos of them playing together. We made some great family memories in the smokie mountain area. If we are ever in that area again we would love to stay there again. Thank you again.
Hi, Mr. Bob. Thank you for the refund of our deposit. We greatly enjoyed your chalet during our trip to Gatlinburg. What a blessing and place of peace it was for us. We enjoyed having a place all to ourselves, and we certainly had fun playing pool! Hahaha.Thank you again to the both of you for opening up the chalet to us. We, along with my in-laws, were so impressed with the property.

Bob and Diane, As always, we had a great time at the Cub Haus this week! Only saw 1 bear in the driveway. We’re home safely and no damage from TS Fred’s direct hit on Panama City Monday other than limbs in the yard and junk in our pool. It was a very relaxing 4 nights! We’re already looking forward to our visit in December.

We love the Cub Haus and our family comes every summer to hike and enjoy the beauty the Smokey Mountains provide. The local bears who visit the chalet area always make it interesting. Thank you for always providing such a clean and well furnished place to call home for the week.
