Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely chalet. It was perfect in many ways for our family. The children especially enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. The location was perfect for our trips to Ober Gatlinburg-tubing, ice skating, skiing and snowboarding. We hope to come back to the Cub Haus again!

This weekend stay has been wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed these three days. The chalet was welcoming, very clean, and well stocked with anything we needed. It was so nice to have someone actually greet us and explain all the ins and outs of Cub Haus. The scenery beautiful! We would love to come back in the fall. My wife and I have vacationed at this mountain get-away many times over the last 10 years. You will not find a better place to spend your vacation in the Gatlinburg area. Great for couples or families. Located on dead end street with very little traffic. Best of all–walk 15 ft. from your car to the living room. NO STEPS.

This was our second stay at The Cub Haus for our family. The chalet is located at the end of a cul de sac with a ground level entry and amazing vistas overlooking the mountains. We spent the evenings relaxing in the meticulously maintained hot tub. The interior is absolutely stunning with tongue and groove cathedral ceilings and panoramic picture windows every where. There is so much to do in the area. We hiked several trails, tubed at River Rats and zip lined at Fox Fire. The restaurants are fabulous but the fully furnished kitchen made it nice for preadventure breakfast or eating in. You will enjoy your stay at The Cub Haus! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to all our friends!

Of all our visits to Gatlinburg over the years, this has been our favorite. Cub Haus had a lot to do with this. The photos accurately depicted what we were renting, which was a welcome change from some other places we have stayed. The chalet was very clean and well-equipped. As we were a 3 generation family, having two “living areas” was especially nice. From the chalet’s porch, we watched a mother bear with her cubs late one evening and that was awesome. Having access to the clubhouses was also a big plus–especially for our grandchildren. It was easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and to the park. This chalet will definitely be on our short list for our next visit. It was a really great value and also nice not having all kinds of “extra” costs added on the quoted price. The lady we dealt with by email was also very helpful and we could tell that she was interested in making our stay worry-free.
