What a fantastic time we had this week with our family. Your chalet played a large part in that. It exceeded our expectations! To top off everything, a mother bear and her 3 cubs paid a visit late today! Our grandchildren said this was the best visit to Gatlinburg ever!! Thank you!
This was our first stay and it was very memorable. The house was very clean and had everything you could think of. Plenty of things for our two young children. It is far enough away from it all to be nice and quiet but a short drive to anything you want to do. We will be back.
Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. We had a wonderful, peaceful week and saw 6 bears during our stay–That was exciting!! You provided towels, linens, etc., and I can not say how much this is appreciated. We didn’t feel as if we had to pack a ton of “stuff” to visit, thank you for that! We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit and any future visits. Thank you!

My husband picked this chalet to stay for a nice weekend in the mountians. It exceeded my expectations. It was very nicely decorated. The fireplace is gorgeous and the view is spectacular. We will definitely be returning to the Cub Haus!

What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy God’s creation! We love the view, the walks (all up-hill, it seemed!) the breeze and the bears (we saw several, but not right at the chalet)! Our family loved just being able to relax. Thank you!
We were very satisfied with our chalet. It was very clean, roomy and comfortable and the owner/management was extremely helpful and prompt. The hot tub was a great help after a hike up to Laconte on Saturday and Sunday. The view was awesome. We will definately stay at this chalet again next year. Thanks so much for a great trip.

We have been to the area several times. Never have we had such a nice place to stay. Leaves were in peak and the rental was clean and just as told to us. If we get to go back this will be the first place we will try to get.

A perfect home in which to celebrate a quiet birthday – and a pleasure to enter a home and see it exactly as described on HA! As you pull up in front, you have a nice flat cul de sac – no steep driveway and perhaps 10 steps straight into the house. No steps! Cute decorations for fall inside and out. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen, ba sitting area with fireplace…..and panoramic windows to enjoy a spectacular view! Everything was spotless, in good working order, and comfortable. Even a large recliner which hubby put to good use watching football on the flat screen! Downstairs is another sitting area with fireplace, pool table, game table, a wet bar, a bedroom, and the laundry room. Again, spotless, comfortable, and extremely well kept. There are no saggy old furniture cast offs here! Beds are comfortable, linens and towels of high quality. You will sleep well! Kitchen is organized and well equipped; although kitchen table is rather cozy without leaves. The hot tub was crystal clear, and can be accessed from the ‘master’ or the upstairs bath. (One note – all bedrooms are fairly equal, so if you are sharing with multiple couples it works out well) Deck areas on both levels are well maintained and safe. We have rented multiple times in many areas from HA, and this home is at the top of the list for cleanliness, location, and value. It is owner maintained, (always a plus) and the rental process was easy, pleasant and without the add on fees common on HA – thank you Tamie for your help! If this is your first trip to Gatlinburg (or your first time renting on HA) rent Cub Haus and you will not be disappointed!
